AGB's

All drinks and hot food provided by AWI are at the expense of the organiser.

The organiser provides a power connection (230V/10A), a table (1.2 x 0.8m) and an area of at least 6 m2.

Photos and videos with AWI from the event may be published on AWI homepages and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram,...).


A cloakroom or room for changing clothes will be organised by the organiser.

The organiser shall obtain all necessary permits (police, SUISA, etc.) in advance at his own expense.

Any permits for access and a parking space will be provided by the organiser.

AWI discreetly places CDs for sale and promotional cards.
 These proceeds go exclusively to AWIANCE Music. 
AWIANCE Music can provide promotional material on request.

The entrance fee for visitors must be communicated to AWIANCE Music.

Discounts and rebates do not apply in the event of a breach of contract.

Anyone who is responsible for non-fulfilment of the contract shall pay a contractual penalty in the amount of the fee.
 The contractual penalty is due for payment at the latest when the engagement is cancelled.


If the contract cannot be fulfilled due to death in the family, accident, illness (only with a doctor's certificate) or force majeure, the contractual penalty does not apply on either side.


Cancellation of the event due to bad weather, lack of visitors, or lack of permits are not considered force majeure.

The organizer returns a signed contract to AWIANCE Music or confirms the engagement by e-mail within 10 days, otherwise, the contract is deemed not to have been concluded.

The place of jurisdiction is Sursee. Swiss law is applicable.
